Villas Valencia as featured in A place in the sun

As you were able to see on Episode 4 of A place in the sun (channel 4) with Amanda Lamb presenting once again, Valencia is being billed as the new Barcelona. With cutting-edge architecture, a hip café society and great beaches Valencia is now the "place to be"!!
With our help, knowledge and after seeing a flat we had in the centre of Valencia, Amanda managed to find Keith and Kate the apartment they were looking for!
The programme was filmed 6 months ago and even though the prices have indeed increased, contact us if you would like to see where you could invest.
